      <image:title>About - Hi! I’m Jordan</image:title>
      <image:caption>I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona where I fostered my love for food and health. I am passionate about nutrition and longevity, and most fulfilled when helping others enhance their lives through nutrition and improvement of long-term lifestyle habits. I offer both in person and remote nutrition services. After firsthand experience counseling patients, I have realized the effect that comprehensive, targeted, and individualized nutrition therapy has on someone’s life.  I work with a wide variety of individuals ranging in ages from toddlers to elders, with vast concerns and clinical conditions including, but not limited to: Nutrition counseling for children and young adults General health and weight management Nutrition to optimize cognitive functioning Women’s health (hormone balancing, optimization of nutrition pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, and postpartum) Cardiovascular health Blood sugar management It can be difficult to find nutrition information that is both credible and accurate, and I find great fulfillment leading the discussion surrounding nutrition and wellness. I look forward to continuing to help others achieve the healthiest version of themselves and to being a dependable source and voice within the field of nutrition.  When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog, being outdoors, and cooking.</image:caption>
